Summary

Pinnacle Group are seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Engineer to perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks within residential and commercial properties. You will be joining our Affordable Housing team. The Affordable Housing team operates a large mixed portfolio of new and existing Affordable homes nationwide comprising Affordable and Social Rent, Shared Ownership and Supported homes.

The working hours are 8.30am to 5pm working in Wembley and Canary Wharf areas of London. A company van is provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plumbing: Fixing leaks, replacing taps, unclogging drains
  • Electrical: Replacing light fixtures, installing sockets, troubleshooting electrical issues
  • Carpentry: Repairing doors, installing shelves, building furniture
  • Painting and Decorating: Painting walls, patching holes, wallpapering
  • General Maintenance: Fixing locks, repairing fences, assembling flat-pack furniture
  • Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment.
  • Identify and report the need for major repairs.
  • Respond to clients’ maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Keep accurate records of all work performed.
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing excellent customer service.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Engineer
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge in various trades including plumbing, electrical, carpentry and general maintenance.
  • Full driving licence
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy objects.
  • Basic computer skills for record-keeping purposes.
