Summary
This role is a perfect opportunity to further develop your HR skills and experience within a busy and supportive team.
You will provide business focussed, pragmatic HR advice and support to the Council and schools on the management of complex and sensitive cases relating to Conduct, Performance and Resolution; and will play a vital role in coaching and supporting mangers in line with policy and procedure.
Applications are encouraged from HR professionals who can demonstrate understanding of the application of employment legislation in a large and diverse organisation. You will be flexible, creative and have a high level of interpersonal skills, with the ability to create positive influence.
