As part of our Assets and Sustainability team, you’ll ensure our key delivery partners comply with our tenant liaison process, so that tenants are engaged in investment activity.

What you’ll be doing:
• Capturing customer and stakeholder information from a range of sources.
• Undertaking property visits to tenants’ homes, to gather information and deal with enquiries.
• Developing methods of obtaining tenant feedback and producing statistics for informing our investment strategy.
• Carrying out general administrative duties.
What we’re looking for:
• Experience of working in a customer-facing environment.
• Experience in housing or construction would be beneficial.
• Great communications skills.
• Knowledge of the support needs of vulnerable people.
