Summary
Join us as a Customer Engagement Developer
- We’ll look to you to support the delivery of our customer engagement strategy by establishing the best principles centred around customers’ needs across the end-to-end lifecycle
- You’ll be responsible for supporting the development and measurement of personalised experiences that drive value to both customers and the bank
- This is a varied and strategic role focused on the measurement and optimisation of our Customer Engagement strategy, helping to show the value generated for customes and the bank
- Our team operates within a hybrid working model, so you’ll spend most of your time at home, coming into the office at least once a week to collaborate closely with your colleagues
What you'll do
Working closely with your team, you’ll support the delivery of the digital engagement strategy, using agile ways of working to deliver customer engagement activity while meeting regulatory requirements. You’ll support the measurement and optimisation of all customer engagement strategies, using analytics and insight to help show the value of every interaction while ensuring the banks customer engagement activity delivers value to our customers and the bank. You’ll also implement innovative digital engagement solutions to enhance customer engagement and the overall experience.
As well as this, you’ll:
- Lead the creation and continuous improvement of a systematic way to measure, evaluate, and report on engagement activity across the franchise, as well as use the outputs to influence future activity
- Work with customer journey teams to ensure the customer engagement strategy is applied consistently
- Experiment with new technologies and ways of working to help reduce the time from idea to value
- Utilise customer and market data and insights to improve digital engagement and ensure we understand the value of all engagement activity, prioritising opportunities based on this value
- Understand and embed tone of voice, as well as channel strategy requirements
- Connect with stakeholders inside and outside of Retail including Data & Analytics, Marketing, Technology and Risk to ensure alignment across strategy and initiatives
The skills you'll need
We’re looking for someone with an extensive experience as a journey developer, digital experience developer, data scientist or marketing consultant.
You’ll also demonstrate:
- An analytical mindset with experience of generating insights, measuring performance of marketing activity and tracking customer behaviour
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Strong presentation skills using PowerPoint, and experience of presenting to senior audiences
- Experience of working in cross functional agile teams
- Evidence a customer first application to all work
