Senior Hospitality and Events Manager
Are you a confident leader with a passion for creating outstanding guest experiences? We’re looking for a Senior Hospitality & Events Manager to join a growing team based in Stoke-on-Trent. If you're someone who thrives in a people-focused environment, can lead by example, and is excited to shape and deliver memorable experiences across multiple locations, this could be your perfect next step.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor the Hospitality & Events team, promoting service excellence and collaboration
Provide strategic direction in the absence of the Group Hospitality Manager
Deliver high-quality, well-coordinated events and hospitality services across multiple locations
Communicate confidently with stakeholders, suppliers and clients
Champion a relationship-led, people-first approach to service delivery
Use systems such as booking platforms, inbox management tools and project coordination software
Own the planning and delivery of large-scale hospitality campaigns and bespoke experiences
Manage supplier relationships, budgets and logistics to ensure consistency and value
Maintain high operational standards and drive continuous improvement
Ensure full compliance with hygiene, food safety, and health regulations
Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience leading and motivating hospitality or events teams
Calm and capable under pressure, with the ability to deputise when needed
Confident communicator, both written and verbal, with a polished phone manner
Tech-savvy with experience using booking and project management tools
Excellent organisational skills, with a strong attention to detail and time management
Commercially aware, with experience managing supplier contracts and budgets
Knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety standards (training provided if needed)
Team player who values collaboration and mutual respect
