Key Responsibilities as Hospitality & Events Manager:
Lead, support, and mentor a team of Hospitality & Events Coordinators
Allocate and manage workflow using internal systems (e.g., Zendesk)
Oversee the delivery of high-quality events and hospitality services
Ensure hygiene, food safety, and service standards are met
Train new team members and promote ongoing development
Coordinate complex or large-scale events from planning to delivery
Build strong working relationships with suppliers and internal teams
Maintain a centralised events calendar to ensure smooth communication
Support procurement, catering logistics, and dietary compliance
Continuously improve processes to enhance service delivery
Act as a brand ambassador, championing consistency and care
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Experience in hospitality or event management with a people-first mindset
A confident, approachable leader with a collaborative style
Highly organised with excellent time management skills
Strong communicator, able to build rapport across teams and suppliers
Calm and solution-focused, especially under pressure
Comfortable using hospitality software and workflow platforms
Awareness of food hygiene standards or willingness to train
A supportive team player with a genuine interest in helping others succeed
