We are looking to for a dedicated and passionate Trainer Assessor in Early Years to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional with experience in early years education to support and assess learners as they progress through their qualifications.
You will be required to assess learners across a broad range of early years and primary school settings; learners will be aged 16-18 years old on study programmes, and adults on programmes of study in early years and teaching assistant courses. Courses will range from level 1 to level 3 (including t-levels), and assessments will also be required for learners on apprenticeship courses. You will work closely with the early years team and liaise with tutors and employers to monitor learner progress. You will be required to drive to the settings for the assessments and you will need a clean DBS check.
The successful candidate will be required to possess a level 3 vocational qualification in a relevant subject area and assessor units (or be willing to work towards these).
Applicants will also have vocational experience in relevant area, experience of assessing in the work place and experience of supporting apprentices.
