Crynodeb
The Therapeutic Learning Co-ordinator will work as part of the Psychological Professionals and Therapies Team to provide project co-ordination, support and administration to a variety of projects which includes half day learning. This role will work as part of the Psychological Professionals and Therapies Directorate but will work into all care groups and across the teams administering and co-ordinating projects which have an impact across the whole trust.
· To assist in the planning, management, co-ordination and delivery of projects within agreed timescales;
· Provide project support and co-ordination to the project leads on key locality and care pathway work streams;
· Promote and follow a consistent approach to project support across the different geographical and service delivery areas;
· Development of programme and project documentation including risk and issue management registers, and early warning/escalation systems to help mitigate the impact on project/programme management;
· Update project wide documents as and when required including templates, procedures, master registers, dashboards;
· To ensure that the monitoring of projects and progress against key deliverables including tracking registers is maintained;
· Build strong working relationships with a range of stakeholders within the organisation and externally with partner organisations;
· Organisation and facilitation of project meetings, workshops and events including engagement and consultation forums;
· Devise and co-ordinate effective ways of sharing information with key stakeholders including the provision of regular update reports;
