This is an exciting and new opportunity to support achievement of the national targets and RDaSH promises 7 and 8. The post holder will workindependently between RDaSH and General Practice, working on validating and aligning the SMI and Learning Disability registers.
The purpose of the Delivery Analyst is to accurately support clinical teams to consistently capture and record clinical and operational data within the parameters of the national and locally agreed framework for SMI (Severe Mental Illness) / Learning Disability Annual Health Checks.
The post holder will focus on data cleansing and validation work, working closely with clinicians to understand and highlight inaccuracies, verify the registers consistently and work with care group colleagues to regularly oversee performance, produce monthly performance reports and validate system records to deploy one register.
