Recruitment - Empowering Talent

We are seeking a proactive and organised Recruitment Assistant to provide vital support to our in-house recruitment team. This part-time role (15 hours per week) is offered on a temporary fixed-term basis.

You’ll be joining a well-established and collaborative team based at County Hall, Trowbridge. The successful candidate will benefit from a flexible working arrangement, combining office and remote work, with an expectation to be in the office at least 50% of your contracted hours. Ideally, the 15 hours would be worked across three days, from 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM.

We’re looking for a Recruitment Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves to get the job done. In this role, you’ll need to be:

A confident and articulate communicator.
Exceptionally organised with a sharp eye for detail
Comfortable using your initiative and working independently
Adaptable and collaborative, with a can-do attitude
Committed to your own growth, actively seeking opportunities to learn and develop within the role.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in administration who is eager to grow their career in recruitment. Although not required, previous experience in recruitment will be viewed favourably and may strengthen your application.
