CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER

This is a brand new role, so will ideally suit an ambitious person who’s confident and experienced, and excited to help shape it from the ground up and a fast moving eCommerce business.
The successful candidate will be an experienced, high-energy Customer Service Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments, knows how to bring out the best in a small team, and lead by example when handling reviews, both good and bad but for any unfair negative reviews, taking time to separate emotion from fact, and respond in a way that’s respectful, measured, and solution-focused.
You’ll be responsible for day-to-day team management, training and development, performance tracking, and ensuring every customer interaction reflects the brand values.
Overview:
Lead, inspire and support a small customer service team, ensuring professionalism at all times
Set clear KPIs and targets to drive performance and customer satisfaction
Handle escalated issues and manage sensitive feedback with professionalism and empathy
Continuously refine processes to improve speed, quality, and consistency
Additional Information:
Monday to Friday 39.5 hours
Annual leave that increases with service + a day off for your Birthday.
