As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the store meets its sales targets, maintains high standards of customer service, and operates efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operational Management: Oversee all store operations, including inventory control, merchandising, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise store staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Customer Service Excellence: Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Financial Oversight: Manage store budgets, analyse financial reports, and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and profitability.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute store strategies to enhance customer engagement and drive business growth.
• Compliance and Standards: Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail management, preferably within the supermarket sector.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in inventory management and retail software systems.
• Ability to analyse financial data and develop effective business strategies.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
