We’re working with a friendly and inclusive primary school in Coventry to recruit three experienced SEN Teaching Assistants. These full-time positions offer an exciting opportunity to make a genuine impact on the lives of children with a range of needs, including autism and speech, language, and communication difficulties (SLCN).
SEN Teaching Assistant - Why Apply?

Your Role as SEN Teaching Assistant:
• Deliver 1:1 tailored support for pupils with a variety of SEN needs
• Work with children awaiting specialist placements or assessments
• Assist class teachers in ensuring inclusive learning for all pupils
• Help implement support plans and monitor progress
• Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
• Support small group interventions and whole-school SEN strategies
• Foster communication, social, and independence skills
• Engage in ongoing CPD and school-based training opportunities
SEN Teaching Assistant - What We’re Looking For:
• Prior experience supporting children with SEN (essential)
