Salary: Soulbury 13 - 16 (£58,400 - £62,634 per annum)
Hours: 37 hours per week
Contract: Secondment / Fixed term contract from September 2025 to Easter 2027

This is a fixed term post / secondment opportunity for an experienced school leader. You will need your Head teacher / Governing Body’s permission before applying if seeking a secondment.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced senior education leader with a teaching background to broaden their professional experience by working within Education & Children’s Services on a fixed term contract / secondment basis.

Under the direction of Principal Education Managers, you will use both your strategic and operational leadership and management skills as part of a wider management team in the provision of local authority school improvement services in Denbighshire.

In addition to working with schools and within the local authority, the successful candidate will also have the skills required to work on a regional and national basis with our partner agencies and organisations.
