Contract: Fixed term contract for 2 years

Join us in starting the new chapter for Social Care systems in Denbighshire. After 20 years, we are replacing our social care case management system as part of the national Connecting Care programme.

These are exciting opportunities to work with the system supplier, internal Council colleagues and peers from neighbouring authorities to configure and implement a replacement system. The work will cover the full system lifecycle and will include testing, training, data migration along with delivering post implementation support.

You will be experienced in the Health or Social Care sector and will be a confident communicator and have the ability to translate operational requirements against system functionality.
