We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Placements Officer (PO2) to join our dynamic team in the Interims Environment. Responsibilities
Manage and oversee all aspects of placement projects within the Interims Environment.
Develop and implement strategic placement plans that align with organizational objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to identify and secure placement opportunities.
Analyze market trends and insights to inform placement strategies and project development.
Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior placements officers and support staff.
Prepare regular reports and presentations on placement activities and outcomes for senior management.
Requirements
A minimum of 5 years of experience in placement or similar roles, preferably within an interim or project-based environment.
Strong understanding of placement strategies and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Proven track record in project management, with strong organizational skills.
Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive strategic decisions.
Experience in mentoring and developing junior team members is highly desirable.
Relevant qualifications or certifications in project management or placement services.
Hours Per Week: 36.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £18.08
