We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Admin and Reception Officer LBR1c - Admin & Clerical to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth administrative operations and providing excellent front-line service as the first point of contact for our visitors and clients. The successful candidate will handle a variety of administrative tasks that contribute to the efficient functioning of our office. From managing incoming calls to coordinating office supplies, your organizational skills will be vital in maintaining daily office operations. In this position, you will work closely with various departments, supporting them with clerical and administrative duties necessary for their operations. Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors and clients warmly and professionally.
Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous manner.
Manage scheduling of appointments and meetings for staff as needed.
Maintain organized and accurate records of office correspondence and documentation.
Process incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely distribution.
Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring adequate inventory at all times.
Assist with various administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and report preparation.
Requirements
Proven experience in an administrative or reception role preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Hours Per Week: 37.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £14.57
