Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to departments as needed.
Manage and organize documentation, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including email and phone inquiries.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events for team members.
Monitor and manage office supplies and inventory, placing orders as necessary.
Support the onboarding process of new staff and assist with training of temporary staff.
Requirements
Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Experience with office equipment, such as printers and copiers.
A proactive attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Hours Per Week: 36.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £15.63
