We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Childrens Social Worker - Social Care Qualified to join our dynamic team committed to making a meaningful impact in the lives of children and their families. Responsibilities
Conduct assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks.
Develop and implement personalized support plans for children and families.
Coordinate and collaborate with external agencies and professionals to provide comprehensive support.
Monitor and review the progress of cases and adjust plans as necessary to ensure effectiveness.
Advocate for children's rights and welfare in various settings, including legal proceedings.
Provide emotional support and guidance to children and families in distress.
Offer training and resources to families to promote positive parenting and child development.
Requirements
A recognized qualification in Social Work and current registration with the relevant governing body.
Demonstrable experience in children's social work, preferably in a similar role or environment.
Strong understanding of child development, safeguarding issues, and family dynamics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and external agencies.
Strong analytical and assessment skills to evaluate and address complex situations.
