Children's Social Worker – Assessment Team (Multiple Locations)

Location: Ross-on-Wye, Leominster or Hereford
Salary: £40,235 – £44,513 per annum (inclusive of £5,000 market supplement)
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: Full-time – 37 hours per week
Welcome Payment: £10,000
Relocation Support: Up to £10,000

The Role

You'll be joining a fast-paced Assessment Team, responding to referrals and carrying out high-quality child and family assessments. Your work will help determine the right level of support needed to ensure children’s safety and well-being.

What We’re Looking For

A qualified Social Worker (DipSW, CQSW, CSS or equivalent)
Minimum 2 years' experience in statutory children's services
Strong assessment, analytical and report-writing skills
Confident managing complex caseloads
Committed to achieving positive outcomes for children and families
