The Role
You’ll support children across KS1, working closely with the class teacher to deliver targeted 1:1 and small group interventions in phonics, reading, writing and early maths. You’ll help manage classroom routines, promote positive behaviour, and contribute to a nurturing learning environment throughout the academic year.
The Candidate
You’re a graduate with strong communication skills and a natural way with young children. You’re patient, reliable and eager to gain experience in a school setting. Whether you’re heading towards teaching, educational psychology or child development, this role offers valuable early years exposure.
