The Best Connection is recruiting for a number of decking installation fitters for one of our clients that is a leading provider of outdoor living solutions, specialising in high-quality decking installations for residential properties.
The company is known for their attention to detail, excellent craftsmanship, and commitment to customer satisfaction.
Due to increasing demand, they are looking to expand their team with skilled and reliable Decking Installation Fitters.
Key Responsibilities: Install composite decking systems to a high standard Read and interpret drawings and plans Carry out ground preparation, framing, and finishing Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently Maintain a clean and safe working environment Liaise professionally with clients requirements Requirements: Proven experience in decking or general carpentry/joinery Strong knowledge of materials, tools, and installation techniques Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail Full UK driving licence (or relevant licence if not in the UK) CSCS card (desirable but not essential)
You will be given use of a company vehicle.
Benefits & Requirements:
- Hourly rate as above (not age dependent)
- 28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
- Ongoing Assignment
- Overtime Available
