Pay Rate: £12.75 per hour (paid weekly)
Shift Pattern: Mixture of days and nights

We are currently looking for experienced and committed Complex Care Support Workers to join our growing team. About the Role:
As a Complex Care Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in delivering person-centred care to clients with complex health needs. You will be working one-to-one with individuals, helping to manage their daily care requirements, clinical needs, and overall wellbeing.
You will be supporting clients with a range of complex medical needs, including spinal cord injuries, tracheostomy care and PEG feeding. This is a responsible and rewarding role where you will make a genuine difference to the lives of the people you support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Delivering personal care and complex clinical interventions in accordance with individual care plans
• Providing high-quality tracheostomy care, ensuring airways remain clear and safe at all times
• Managing PEG feeding routines, including administration of nutrition and medications where required
• Supporting clients with spinal cord injuries to maximise independence, mobility, and quality of life
• Working in partnership with healthcare professionals, families and other members of the care team to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained
• Maintaining clear, accurate, and up-to-date care records and documentation
• Promoting dignity, privacy, and respect in all aspects of care delivery

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A compassionate and person-centred approach to care
• A valid right to work in the UK
