Job Title: Complex Care Support Worker – Permanent, Full Time
Pay Rate: £12.75 per hour
Location: Kent
Shifts: Mixture of Days & Nights | 2 Weeks On / 2 Weeks Off
About the Role:
Social Care & Education are currently recruiting for a dedicated Complex Care Support Workers to support individuals with complex health needs in a rewarding and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Delivering person-centred care to individuals with complex care requirements
• Supporting clients with spinal cord injuries
• Providing tracheostomy care and managing PEG feeding
• Working closely with healthcare professionals and families
• Maintaining accurate care plans and daily records
What We’re Looking For:
• Must have previous experience working with spinal cord injuries, tracheostomy care and PEG feeding
• Strong background in complex care
• A compassionate, reliable and professional attitude
• The right to work in the UK
