What the day job looks like:
In this full-time role as a National Account Executive – Foodservice, you will:
• Manage your own portfolio of restaurant, hotel, and catering accounts in London and out-of-town areas.
• Arrange and attend in-person meetings and tastings with new and existing customers to expand our product ranges.
• Identify and convert new business leads by researching potential clients and conducting product-led sales visits.
• Ensure timely sharing of marketing materials, samples, and price lists with clients.
• Maintain well-organized admin systems for pricing, orders, appointments, and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as distribution, customer service, and credit control to ensure smooth account servicing.
• Contribute insights to innovation and marketing projects and help out at Belazu’s foodie festivals and events.
This role will suit you if:
• You have experience in a customer-facing sales role – or are eager to kick-start your sales career with a food company that values quality and relationships.
• You’re passionate about food and have a good understanding of the UK restaurant and hospitality industry.
• You’re self-motivated, resilient, and enjoy building meaningful rapport with customers.
• You’re organised, proactive, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
• You have a sense of humour and enjoy working as part of a close-knit, ambitious team.
This role may not be for you if:
• You struggle with autonomy or prefer office-based work over face-to-face meetings with clients.
• You aren’t interested in food or working in the foodservice industry.
• You don’t enjoy juggling multiple priorities or managing your own schedule.
• You are not confident in building client relationships or following up proactively.
What’s in it for you?

• Auto-Enrolment Pension, plus an enhanced pension option
• Discretionary annual bonus scheme
• Learning and development opportunities
• Life assurance from day one
