Summary
We are looking for a driven National Account manager to join a global leader in sports equipment.
- up to £75,000 per annum
- Field based with regular travel across the South of England
- Monday to Friday – 40 Hours per week, Flexible start & end times

Join a global leader in sports as a National Account Manager, where you’ll be the face of our brand across our top UK tennis partners – representing the company’s highest turnover in the UK.
National Account manager: What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage a portfolio of national sports retail accounts, ensuring full compliance
- Drive revenue growth by identifying new sales opportunities within existing accounts and reporting on market trends, share and performance
- Deliver in-depth product training to retail clients and their teams
- Support “house accounts” alongside the UK Sales & Marketing Director
- Lead and participate in product demos, activations and sponsored coach events
- Manage credit control, client ordering, reporting, and operational documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams including Inside Sales, Trade Marketing and Promotions, and Category Managers to deliver buying days and regional events
- Identify and nurture grassroots and coaching sponsorship opportunities to strengthen our national presence
National Account manager: What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in account management, ideally in sports retail or racquet sports
- Strong understanding of the sports industry, ideally tennis or other racquet sports
- Proven track record in sales performance, client relationship building, and territory management
- Commercially aware, organised and self-motivated with a passion for sport
- Comfortable using CRM/ERP tools such as Salesforce, B2B systems and Excel
- Experience coordinating events, demos and promotional activities
- Excellent communicator and confident representing the brand in front of partners and coaches
