Manufacturing Team Leader - FMCG
Location: Cumbernauld
Salary: £54,472 (inclusive of shift allowance)
Shift Pattern: 3 on 3 off rotational, 07:00-19:00 / 19:00-07:00

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and coach production teams to meet output and safety targets

• Drive continuous improvement and performance against KPIs

• Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and housekeeping

• Conduct regular performance reviews and personal development plans

• Support new processes and equipment implementation

• Ensure all shift documentation meets compliance standards

What You'll Bring:

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within an FMCG environment

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of quality and safety management systems (ISO, BRC, HACCP)

• Ability to drive team performance and continuous improvement
