Summary
Long term positions for Manufacturing / Machine operatives with some overtime and immediate starts.
This role is based in Lennoxtown, is on-going work with a potential to go full time.
Our major client requires manufacturing / production operators for day shift, with immediate starts available.
Benefits of the Manufacturing / Machine Operative role:
- Rate of pay £13.74 p/h (recently reviewed) + rolled-up holiday pay
- PAYE contract plus rolled up holiday pay + pension contribution ( holiday pay, is paid alongside your wages )
- Overtime sometimes available, paid at Time plus Half
- Paid via our own in-house payroll department
- 12 hour, 4 on 4 off dayshift pattern - great work-life balance
- Develop your production experience and skills with a leading Scottish Brand
- Training will be given on the job
- Temporary on-going position that could lead to a permanent job.
- Discretionary bonus payment at Christmas.
Duties include:
- Operating / tending machinery
- End of line packing onto pallets
- Adhering to Health & Safety
- On-going long term temp positions.
About you:
- Manufacturing/production background is required, although some training is provided
- Reliability is key
- Ability to work as part of a busy team with exceptional Health & Safety standards
- Used to some manual lifting
- Able to communicate clearly and work well in a fast paced team.
