We’re now looking for a creative, driven and commercially minded Marketing Manager to help shape the future of our brand.
This role is perfect for a hands-on marketer who thrives on variety, is passionate about digital and traditional campaigns, and enjoys making a tangible impact. From shaping our social media voice to delivering strategic campaigns and supporting new home launches, you’ll be a key player in our dynamic, fast-paced marketing team.
As Marketing Manager your duties will include:
Digital & Content Marketing
- Own and optimise our paid social campaigns (especially Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram)
- Champion our social media presence – curating engaging content and insightful performance reports
- Embrace AI tools to enhance campaign delivery and efficiency (e.g. ChatGPT, Canva AI)
- Keep our website fresh via WordPress and support SEO through blog strategy
- Craft compelling copy across all touchpoints – online and offline
- Support internal communications and keep our intranet content up to date
Local Marketing & Brand Visibility
- Act as brand guardian across our care homes, ensuring every touchpoint reflects Signature’s high standards
- Partner with Home Sales Managers to develop multi-channel local campaigns that convert
- Build strong working relationships with our Sales Managers at our homes, acting as a trusted business partner to support their local sales and marketing plans
- Deliver tailored marketing support for the launch of our new homes – from awareness to events
Campaign Management & Agency Collaboration
- Develop and deliver cross-channel campaigns across digital, print, email, and events
- Work closely with our creative and media agencies to bring ideas to life
- Monitor performance, analyse data, and constantly look for ways to improve
- Support research into competitor activity and market trends
Marketing Operations
- Help manage budgets and marketing admin
- Oversee our image library and brand assets
- Proofread all content to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Support CRM email campaigns

Essential Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns
- Confident writer and editor, with strong attention to detail
- Skilled across digital and offline channels with a focus on social media
- Familiar with social analytics, WordPress, and CRM tools
- A confident communicator, comfortable collaborating across departments and with external partners
- Organised, adaptable, and works well under pressure
