Summary

Site Manager – Immediate Requirement
Location: Site-based in Buckinghamshire
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 + package (DOE)
Start Date: Immediate

I’m working with a leading housebuilder delivering a multi-phase residential development in Buckinghamshire. The scheme consists of over 250 traditionally built homes, including houses and low-rise apartments, over a 6-year programme.

They are looking to appoint a Site Manager to oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure the safe, timely, and high-quality delivery of construction activities. This is a long-term, site-based role ideal for someone with a strong background in residential construction and proven site management experience.

Requirements:

• Proven track record managing traditional build residential developments

  
  

• Strong leadership and communication skills

  
  

• Ability to manage subcontractors, site logistics, and health & safety compliance

  
  

• Stable employment history with reputable developers or contractors

  
  

• SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS card essential

  
  

  Qualifications:
  Trade background or relevant construction qualifications, NVQ Level 6 in Construction Site Management or equivalent.
