Crynodeb

The role will be to provide support to x 2 Project Managers. The office base will be Colwyn Bay but the person will need to be able to drive and have use of a car. They will be attending activities and sessions run across Conwy county, alongside the Project Manager. The person will have:

Excellent Communication Skills
Ability to engage effectively at all levels, including participants, partner organisations, has strong professional boundaries
Strong Organisational Skills
Capable of managing their time, and having a good eye for detail, being able to keep accurate records.
Community Engagement and Interpersonal Skills
A genuine ability to build trust, work collaboratively with others, and support inclusive participation across different community groups. I know that this is similar to number 1 but I think it is imperative to the success of the projects to work with someone who is able to work collaboratively with all of the partners we currently work with and most importantly the participants.
Problem-Solving and Initiative
Able to think proactively, address challenges creatively, and adapt quickly to changing circumstances or community needs.
Administration skills
Familiarity with MS office tools and data entry
