We’re excited to be recruiting for a Nursery Room Leader to join the team at a brand-new, purpose-built nursery opening soon. This is a rare opportunity to be part of something from day one – helping to shape a warm, inclusive, and inspiring environment for children and staff alike.
If you’re passionate about early years, hold a Level 3 qualification, and have experience leading a room or team in a nursery setting, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead your room with confidence and care, creating a safe, engaging space where children can thrive
- Support with the planning and delivery of fun, child-led learning experiences in line with the EYFS
- Be a role model for your team, nurturing good practice and helping to support less experienced staff
- Build strong partnerships with parents and carers through regular communication and involvement
- Help ensure all safeguarding, health & safety, and compliance standards are met
- Support the wider team and step up when needed – flexibility and collaboration are key!
What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years – essential
- Previous experience as a Room Leader or strong Nursery Practitioner ready to take the next step
- Solid knowledge of the EYFS and a passion for supporting children’s development
- Great communication and people skills – you’re confident working with both families and colleagues
- A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine love for early years education
