RAFAKidz is a not-for-profit organisation, reinvesting surplus income to support the RAF community.
Our nursery
If you’re a talented, passionate and dedicated childcare professional looking for your next step, our welcoming and warm nursery at RAFAKidz London is the place for you! With our friendly team and small room sizes we can offer exciting experiences every day. Our little RAFAKidz family are always busy with trips out, picnics, parties and outdoor learning. For every child that comes through the doors of RAFAKidz, no matter their ability, background or circumstances, we provide experiences that will help them be confident and reach their full potential.
About our Room Leader role
You can expect to be fully ‘hands on’ to create a stimulating and exciting nursery setting. Ideally you will be either an experienced Room Leader or a Level 3 Practitioner ready for your next challenge. You will encourage and motivate your colleagues to continually demonstrate best practices and support them in their learning journey towards their qualifications. You will have a minimum of one year’s experience working at a level 3 position in an early year’s environment and have a good understanding of the EYFS learning outcomes to plan for children’s learning and development.
