Roles and Responsibilities
Socialising- going out in the community.
Has a bus pass- free travel for PA and SU.
Help with housework or prompting to do the housework/ keep the home tidy.
Help changing the bed.

Very friendly, chatty (easy to talk to) individual. Nervous around new people and suffers with anxiety.

Hourly Rate- £13.00
Micro Provider & Self Employed PA's Rate of Pay (£/per hour)- £15.60
Hours Per Week- 9 hours a week.
How will the hours be used- Preferably- Monday morning and Thursday morning. Possibly weekends.
