Student Funding Officer
35 HOURS PER WEEK

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Student Funding Department. We are seeking to recruit a Student Funding Officer to support the Student Funding Manager in carrying out the development, implementation and monitoring of student funding services.
What You'll Do:
• Engage with students and prospective students, offering personalised advice on funding opportunities.
• Provide expert guidance to student funding staff through clear and supportive communication.
• Coordinate and ensure the accuracy of payments to students and third parties.
• Compile statistical returns and provide regular reports to childcare providers and other agencies as required.
• Manage and update approved software systems efficiently.
Requirements:
• SCQF Level 8 qualification, such as an HND in a relevant discipline.
• Proven supervisory experience in a student funding environment.
• Deep understanding of student support needs.
• Proactive and supportive in interactions with students and staff.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organisational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
