Location: Haddenham
Salary: Dependant on skills and experience, Pro rata £25,400 - £27,000 per annum.
Hours: Monday, Wednesday and Thursday either 7am to 1pm or 1pm to 7pm, with one Saturday per month 8:30am - 12:30pm.

We have a new vacancy available for a Part Time Administrator in Haddenham. My client, an independant garage, is expanding their team and has an exciting opportunity for an Part Time Administrator to join the team.
Part Time Administrator Role:
- Manage daily tasks, update reports, handle calls and emails on their behalf.
- Answer front-line calls and queries, greet guests, offer refreshments, and liaise with external vendors for maintenance or supplies.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and events, prepare and decorate for occasions, and maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Handle petty cash and credit card statements, process invoices, maintain filing systems, and update internal records/databases.
- Support internal quality checks and maintain accurate documentation.
Part Time administrator requirements:
- You must have previous experience in administration
- previous experence in the motor trade is preferable but not essential
