This is a fantastic opportunity to step into the Revenues and Benefits sector, learning on the job with full support provided.

Working here means working as part of a committed, professional and friendly team.

This role as Revenues and Benefits Support Officer is a varied and an integral part of our team, providing valuable daily support to our fast paced service. You will be expected to deliver excellent customer service via telephone, in writing and face to face, in order to provide, collect and process information.

You will also be providing support across all of the Revenues, Benefits and Parking teams by:
- maintaining customer and property records
- processing penalty charge notices and appeals
- setting up direct debits
- taking payments
- processing discount/exemption applications
- issuing bills
- completing ad-hoc administration duties.

Interviews will be held in-person on Thursday 17th July, 2025.
