Responsibilities
Develop and implement programs and activities for youth engagement.
Provide mentorship and guidance to young individuals in various settings.
Assess the needs of youth and connect them with relevant resources and support.
Facilitate workshops and group discussions promoting personal development.
Collaborate with schools, families, and community organizations to enhance support systems.
Maintain accurate documentation of interactions and progress of youth.
Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all participants.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
Experience working with youth in a professional or volunteer capacity.
Strong understanding of youth development principles and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of local community resources and support services.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Hours Per Week: 15.00
Start Time: 13:00
End Time: 18:00
Pay Per Hour: £16.15
Location: Southwark, South East London
