What skills and experience we're looking for
The College is seeking an Academic Coach who will provide academic, learning and personal guidance to groups of students. This non-teaching specialist role is key in helping students achieve in their studies and in progressing to positive destinations. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, highly organised and able to support, guide and mentor students. Working as part of a team of Academic Coaches, you will help raise aspiration, confidence and resilience in young people, promoting the College’s aim for excellence and maintaining the culture of hard work and success. The post is full time, term time only plus an additional 5 days, and is fixed term until to 31 July 2026.
The College is committed to safeguarding our students and an enhanced DBS check is required for all posts. The College will also make an online check on all shortlisted candidates.
