What skills and experience we're looking for
Our ideal candidate will be naturally organised, able to use their initiative, and know when it is best to work collaboratively. Ideally, you will already have experience using Google Drive and Google tools to best effect, helping you quickly build confidence with other systems and applications required in the role. However, support and training will be provided.
The job description outlines the key areas of responsibility for the School Operations Manager, including office administration, some HR administration, premises and health & safety administration, and ensuring that front-of-house services are professional and meet the needs of all visitors and parents.
What the school offers its staff
The post holder will receive support and guidance from our Central Business Services team in all aspects of the role. Together, we will ensure a highly organised administrative function focuses on the right areas at the right time, enabling the Senior Leadership Team of New North Academy to focus on delivering excellent education to our pupils.
The role is a full-time, on-site position with a contracted working pattern of 52 weeks per year, and 36 hours per week. If applicable, continuous service will follow you to this new position.
