Are you a motivated leader with experience in warehouse or logistics operations? Were hiring on behalf of a leading name in the automotive component distribution sector, and we're looking for a hands-on, organised, and proactive Supervisor to join their brand new, fast-paced distribution centre.
About the Role:
As Supervisor, youll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of daily warehouse operations. From managing teams and maintaining high safety standards to driving productivity and meeting targets - youll be at the heart of a dynamic supply chain operation supporting the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise and lead a team of warehouse operatives across shifts Ensure timely and accurate picking, packing, and dispatch of automotive components Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement across operational processes Support inventory control, stock accuracy, and returns processing Uphold health & safety compliance and best practices Coordinate with transport, admin, and customer service teams for seamless operations Provide training, mentoring, and support to team members What Were Looking For: Proven experience in a supervisory role within logistics, warehousing, or distribution Background in automotive parts or fast-moving components is a strong advantage Strong leadership and team management skills Good working knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities Flexibility to work rotating shifts or weekends as required Whats in It for You: Company pension and holiday entitlement Opportunities for career development and progression Supportive team culture in a growing, reputable business

- Hourly rate as above (not age dependent)
- 28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
- 24hr Oncall Support
- Induction Training

- Ongoing Assignment
- Overtime Available
- Pension Scheme
- Possible permanent position following a successful trial period
- Refresher Training
- Training Provided
