We are looking for a highly organised Contractor Compliance Coordinator to support the onboarding and ongoing compliance of subcontractors and installers. This is a key role focused on ensuring all documentation, accreditations, and systems are kept fully up to date and compliant.
The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the construction industry and health and safety requirements. Based in Perranporth Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00 Key Responsibilities: Manage the full onboarding process for subcontractors and installers Verify and maintain qualifications, accreditations, insurances, and health & safety training Track expiries and ensure documentation is kept current Communicate updates across internal teams Attend onboarding meetings and maintain accurate records Issue contracts, ID cards, e-learning, and manage system access What Were Looking For: Strong organisational and communication skills Confident using digital tools and systems Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience or strong understanding of construction and health & safety Benefits of Joining The Best Connection Group Ltd: 28 days of paid annual leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday) Weekly pay Online payslips Flexible shift patterns Choice of long-term, short-term, odd days, or weekend work Potential for permanent positions after a successful trial period Pension contributions Ongoing assignments through 2025 Please apply with the link, or call Chloe on 01872 263994 for more information.
