About the Role:
As an Intensive Support Practitioner (Nightshift), you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, consistent support for children and young people accessing our respite service. You’ll work as part of a dedicated team, following care plans and night-time routines designed to empower each individual, while ensuring their safety, dignity, and wellbeing.
Working Pattern:
We are recruiting a 22 hour per week nightshift with an enhanced rate of £14.51 per hour is paid between midnight and 7am for
What We’re Looking For:
To be considered for this role, you must have:
SVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (Children and Young People)
HNC in Social Services (or equivalent)
If you hold only one of these qualifications, you may still be considered, with the expectation that you’ll work towards achieving the other while in post.
In addition, you must:
Be able to register with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) within 3 months of employment
Be a strong team player with compassion, patience, and a child-centred approach
Be committed to safeguarding and delivering consistent, quality care
