Crynodeb
The role is based within the Cardiff and Vale Regional Partnership Board team who are hosted within Cardiff and Vale Health Boards Strategic Planning team. The Regional Partnership Board (RPB) is made up of Cardiff Council, Vale of Glamorgan Council, Cardiff and Vale University Health Board, Welsh Ambulance Services NHS Trust, housing, third & independent sectors and carer representatives. The RPB Team is accountable to all these partners and our aim is to improve the health and well-being of the population and improve how health and care services are delivered by making sure people get the right support, at the right time, in the right place. As an improvement and development manager working across our partner organisations, the post holder will support the delivery and development of a range of improvement programmes and projects across Cardiff Council, Vale of Glamorgan Council, Cardiff and Vale University Health Board, third sector and community organisations. You will engage with internal and external stakeholders to support programmes, ensuring reporting, governance and quality improvement requirements are met in relation to a range of projects and deliver change and improvement initiatives to ensure effective development and delivery of the partnerships change programme.
