Crynodeb
As the Assistant Job Evaluation Advisor, you will act as a subject matter expert on NHS job evaluation, supporting both internal and external customers. You will apply your in-depth understanding of AfC principles to evaluate roles objectively, assist in delivering a high-quality job matching service, and contribute to service improvements through analysis and feedback. The role also requires supporting training, audits, and bespoke HR projects. You will be expected to travel when needed and manage workload effectively to meet service level agreements. Applicants must play an active trade union role with a recognised trade union. Being fully 'job evaluation' trained is desirable but not essential, as training can be provided.
