Role: Maintenance Engineer - Mechanical
Location: Salisbury
Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time
Duties:
- Ensure the correct functioning and maintenance of Mechanical equipment and services
- Conducting routine inspections
- Performing repairs and preventive maintenance tasks
- Document the completed works
- Ensure all work is carried out to the programme, in line with site and company policies
- Adhere to strict health & safety at all times
- Support the wider engineering & FM teams
What are they looking for?
- Proven experience in a mechanical maintenance role
- Relevant mechanical engineering qualifications
- Experience in commercial building maintenance
- Strong understanding of health & safety practices and compliance
- Ability to work independently on a static site, with excellent problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and a professional, client-facing manner
