We’re looking for a Concierge due to the previous post-holder gaining a promotion. As part of our ForLiving team, you’ll provide excellent customer service for “Dock 5”, ensuring successful day-to-day running of the scheme.

What you’ll be doing:
• Running the reception area and communal areas of the building
• Checking and screening contractors, visitors and guests have permission to access the building
• Carrying out regular spot-checks of various areas to ensure health, safety, and cleanliness are maintained
• Supporting the lettings team, and reporting any defects
• Assisting residents with queries
• Issuing building and parking fobs, taking payment when necessary
What we’re looking for:
• Excellent customer service and communications skills
• Experience of identifying risks
• Experience and skill with a range of IT systems
