If you're an experienced Therapeutic Radiographer looking for the next step in your career - join the Oxford Radiotherapy Department and be part of a dynamic, supportive team dedicated to delivering compassionate excellence.

As a Band 6 Therapeutic Radiographer, you’ll play a key role in delivering safe, high-quality radiotherapy treatment using advanced techniques like SABR, VMAT, DIBH,TBI and SRS. You’ll work with an experienced team in a friendly environment where your development and well-being matter.

Patients are at the heart of everything we do, and we are looking for Radiographers who are dedicated to delivering care with both compassion and respect. Our department is equipped with cutting-edge technology, including Varian Halcyons, Varian TrueBeams incl. 6DoF, RGSC and SRS capability, Siemens CT GoSims, and HDR all networked by ARIA. We are a multi-site centre with satellites in Swindon & Milton Keynes – 3 sites, 1 team!

We strongly encourage all Radiographers to get involved in project, audit and research work. Work as a senior member of the team of Radiographers covering all sections of the department including mould room, CT scanning, virtual simulation and contouring, delivery of a wide range of both simple & complex treatment and IGRT techniques.

Support the team leader in the day-to-day management of their assigned pre-treatment or treatment work area, assisting in the organisation and management of the clinical workload.

Liaising with the multidisciplinary team.

Assist with the day-to-day organisation of a treatment unit to ensure an efficient service is delivered and workload targets are achieved.

Supervise, support & teach junior members of staff and students.
