Crynodeb
You will be supported in your role by the North Somerset Area Site Coordinator, and passionate and friendly colleagues both in support services and the wider Facilities Management team. The Cashier/Receptionist will provide cashier services to the inpatient wards at the Long Fox Unit, including the handling of petty cash, patient monies and property, accurate administration of patient accounts within the bespoke patient monies system, daily cash balancing, and cash ordering. As well as providing cashier services, the post holder will also support the receptionist on site, acting as a first point of contact both face to face and over the telephone and booking rooms for staff. In this role, the post holder will be speaking to service users, healthcare professionals, external agencies, emergency services, members of the public and more. Training will be provided in respect of the role.
