Support for an elderly lady in Weston-Super-Mare for 3 hours needed.

Thursday, Sat and Sunday 1 x 30 minute morning call to support with personal care, meal prep, putting on braces and toileting.
Thursday Sat and Sunday 1 x 30 minute tea/evening call to provide a hot meal and toileting.

PA would also need to cover holiday and sick leave for the existing PA.
